Sent my old well used mesa 10x50 in to get fixed the eye cups werent work very goog and one of the back caps was gone still the binoculars had good glass well they just sent me a brand new set of 10x50s cant beat that these were my back up set i have a pair of 10x42 arcadias i just got at chistmas so these will go in the truck

I had the same thing happen but I called them and had them upgrade me to the Mojave 12x50 and paid the difference which was only like $225 more so now I got the killer binos!!! Cant beat good service these days!!!!

I've had the same thing twice with then. Some old 10x50s replaced with a brand new model. Also, a 10x42 Gold ring HE's. They didn't make them anymore and replaced them with Gold ring 10-17x42 Switch binos which cost about 300 more than mine were worth brand new.
