No its nit the tree farm.  Sultan basin is mostly state land and dnr.

I worked in the area for a few years and saw two or three bruisers per year.  If your lucky they get rutted up before the season closes.  Lk Chaplin and the Startup area have a few deer as well.

I was just messing with you guys, those deer are from a entirely different unit far away from Sultan Basin.  I recommend going east to Twisp or Republic.
