Up to 3 boys and 2 girls. The "Mailman" is a Qualified All Age Field Trial dog, his littermate just became one of two living Dual CH.(Field trial and show) DC/AFC Yakity Shake Rattle and Roll. The other living DC/AFC is their Mom, DC/AFC Genny's Yakity Yak Don't talk Back MH:) They are the only two living Dual CH retrievers in the World and this counts every single retriever breed. Not just Chesapeakes. Other littermate Ruddy Duck just qualified for the 2013 National Amatuer. Jamie a low sperm count and his semen doesn't ship or freeze well so, there won't be too many breedings to this particular pedigree. Jamie came and stayed at my house for 10 days for the breeding.
We're excited about this litter.

Nice looking pups. Unlike some dog breeds, they look like miniature chessies right from the get go.

One boy just landed a dream job at an exclusive duck club in Alabama often used to film duck hunting videos. I was emailed this video to give me an idea of what a Chesapeake Bay Retrievers' life at Coon Creek Farms will look like! I'm so jealous. At least I got an invite to hunt over him in the future!

All the pups are homed and new owners are waiting anxiously for 8 weeks to pass. Quite the travelers. Soldotna, AK. Stevenson, AL. Aubrey, Texas. Madison, WI(Alabama winter), Haskell, OK. Waiting for one guy in Alberta to confirm if he wants a male or not before calling down the list. Alternate is Nampa, Id.
It's fun to get to know the new owners and meet fellow Chesapeake Bay Retriever people from all over. Not to mention the wealth of knowledge most the folks getting pups have about the breed. Seems that all of these CBR owners have had at least two CBR's or more. It really makes me feel like I've done a very respectful breeding and something good for the breed in general. I'm pretty humbled right now but, I'm also very proud-
