BBB is curing now and be ready for smoking fri or sturday. The other half I used hi mt breakfest chorizo an made up 3lbs. Have to say wasn't a big fan of the flavor. First time I haven't cared for one of their spice packets. Just wasn't what I was expecting I guess. Luckly it's only 3 lbs. Any other chorizo recipes out there that's worth a try.
