If you’re at 10 yard increments put your 20 yard pin on 10 yard target and you will see. What poundage of bow are you shooting? 80-90 yards is a long way to be shooting at an animal with 65lbs or less. More than 5 pins blind together for me. If you not comfortable with shooting that far go with 5 pin. Montana Black Gold all the way for me.
Well NOCK NOCK is right, it is a long ways. Just like any modern rifle hunter will tell you 1000 yard shots on an Elk is a long ways. Yes, a small % of shooters can do it. The problem is the % of shooters that *think* they can do it. Even the ones who can do it will tell you the longer you go the more goes wrong, same with archery. Can you see that small limb 80 yards away in your flight path?Don't take offence, we don't know you. Maybe you are an archery phenom and can weave an arrow through the trees like a b rated Chinese movie you have to read while watching it
I just picked up a G5 Optix XR, haven't gotten it on and setup yet though. Still in the package so I can't review it just yet. Has 3 fixed pens then a 4th sliderhttp://www.cabelas.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=745564I just couldn't resist dialing dope on my archery sight
