Where to hunt Rock Chucks Moses Lake and Odessa areas?

Heading east Wednesday to camp and race in the Desert 100 motorcycle race.  Would like to take my son out coyote and rock chuck hunting.  any good places for rock chucks? stating in Moses lake 2 nights and 2 nights in Odessa.

Coyotes are everywhere over there, chucks are harder to find on public land.
