I haven't seen many for quite awhile but a week or two ago I saw a group of 15 or so in the Horse Heaven Hills, only a couple miles outside of Prosser.

they must be fleeing the wolves
Really though, are they just not surviving in the habitat or poachers or just dispersing?

These animals are gods gift first before government's possessions. If it is illegal for a man to fend for himself then he can not be a man in his own right!

they have seen them in from goldendale to kennewick, seem to pop up in roosevelt from time to time.
they wont stay on the res due to over population of horses causing no feed and the horses just pushed them out.
