Yote hunting north west side

Itching to shoot some dogs ! I live on west side marysville area anyone know some good spots I could go look for some dogs ??

You could hunt the fish and wild life areas, but its shotgun,steelshot only. I would just hit the national forest and start calling. You could start asking farmers to.

Id start with farmers in the arlington, oso, michias, areas. Theres a few good fields between snohomish and monroe. Good luck!

There's an awlful lot of yote poop around Stillwater wma, if you could get into the back area you'd probally do well, the steel shot only is what stops me. If I had a cross bow I'd be all over it though, o that and the hippies walking fu fus back there you'd have to watch for

I wandered out to Stillwater a few weeks back. Tons of yote poop. More people walking dogs though. Might hit it up on a rainy day to get less foot traffic.

I know atleast one person coyote hunts that wma because I heard them calling while doing some training with my dog about a month ago. Sounded like a dog in distress call too!

This may be funny to some of you, But how do you go about doing this actually? Ive noticed a-lot of people, Including out where I live sometimes in Roy. The local farmers have large fenced in properties with usually no trespassing signs. Is there a special way to get ahold of these people via phone? or do you just attempt to walk up to they're door and ask if they have had any problems/request scoping they're land?

Than you would love hunting Lopez island for the 2nd deer tag. Lot and Lots of hippies. Glare,yell,and call the police. LOL I just tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine and walk away with the deer over my shoulder.

However you can. I wasn't referring to fenced in animals. But I only wish I had access to more private property. Alot of land owner like to keep unwelcomed people off. Apple farmers might havea deer problem, honey farmer might have bears nearby, chicken farm yotes. I'm not suggesting hunting over bait. I just think you would have a decent shot if something benefited the landowner. Maybe help with hay bales in the summer, offering a portion of the game taken, or simply removing a problem animal. I've asked a few guys over the years that were just glad to meet someone that dosent litter. With the tree farms charging to get on good habitat it only makes sense to have a honey hole or two. Same goes for public land. When you find a spot keep it on the down low. It only takes one crappy bugler to drive a heard of elk right to you. You dont need twelve. Hunt hard and smart. Know the preferred escapement route from a hillside or drainage. Put your self in a good spot keep the wind at your face and try to resist the fever! Buck/bull
