license for razor clams?

  What exactly are the license requirements?  On the Website is says an annual fishing license works.  Is that a fresh, or salt, or either?  Not real clear. 
  I think we will get the there day razor clam license to be safe.

annual combo fish, three day clam, or shellfish if I remember correctly.

License Requirements
 A Shellfish/Seaweed License is required for harvesting razor clams
