state safari?

Anyone shoot the state safari this weekend at grays harbour Bowman?  I'm heading down Friday with the whole family.

I cant afford to lose arrows. Ill probably never do a 3d Shoot. :dunno:

Smossy its not a 3d shoot.  Its the regular target butts with aiming dots.  Marked yardage too.  You seriously need to shoot 3ds best hunting practice hands down.

If you'd shoot a few 3-D's you'd start to shoot better and it wouldn't be an issue.

Yeah I haven't got over the whole nervous factor yet, I haven't even went to TSC yet which is like 2 blocks from my house.

if you shoot cheap arrows, it doesn't hurt as bad when you lose them...  :chuckle:  that's why i like aluminum!   :IBCOOL:

Smossy....losing one or two is good for experience...it will make your better. Granted...I've lost more than one or two and am getting better, just very slowly.

No such thing as cheap arrows when your unemployed. Just fricken spent another $90 bucks on a dozen gold tips un-fletched.

They had a shoot this weekend at tsc.  Smossy you come up to granite on the 21st I'll walk thru with you I can help you out a little.

Lol At my girls I lose at-least ONE every-time I shoot, I always manage to over-exhaust myself and shoot tired. 50-60 shots later. I miss the target entirely and sacrifice one to the grass gods across the street.

Dunno maybe, Straight fletch better for 3-d shoots or what? Ive heard people choose speed over accuracy to compensate for error in range estimation. I like my helicals.
