I have been fishing those bodies for more then a few years already now. I can catch fish but prefer to have a couple thousand fish in the water rather then 50 :chuckle: Just my choice and there is for sure better times to go then right now.

For me being a die hard fisherman before anything else, slow or not if I lived that close Id be there BBQing Lobster in the front of my jet boat. Lol

Fishing is what I have always lived for. I know those fisheries well.

 :chuckle:

Everyone has to have a passion. I don't much like fishing but I like catching and I like eating the tasty buggers. If I was more into fishing and wasn't putting so much money towards hunting I could see going out more and fishing a little early and late. I still think it's even a little early for people who like to fish.

It's blowing 40+ here right now so no one head this way to fish today! I have some hunting to do the next few weeks then onto fishing before things get crazy around here. Been getting all my prep work done early so I can play a few extra days before things get hopping :IBCOOL:

First of all I started this thread and it was not bob I was taking about who caught fish!!!!! It was my cousin Cj. I picked up 2 today.. You don't have to be a guide to catch fish.... Going out on the wind in the am.

Has anybody fished the wind or drano yet for springers? I know of a guide who picked one up last Sunday and two on Monday. I'm just curious I was thinking of heading down this next week.
You weren't talkin about your cousin here? Lol

I'd venture a guess that if you're down there this early this year you're going to need a fairly warm coat! :chuckle:
I laugh, because I have the chill of an April wind in the gorge permanently etched in my memory :o

You have to open it with like paint program and resize to to like 25%. Then where you reply like normal it says attachments click it and then find you file and open it then click post.

Wind has been very bad today. Would not want to be on the river today. You ever find yourself with a open seat and want some company let me know. Always like to meet more members and happy to chip in on gas and bait. I know the wind fish better then drano. Never felt like playing bumper boats on drano to often lol. Even though the wind got crazy last year as well.

I can't get the darn thing to resize, it's probably something I'm doing wrong... Yeah I always have an open spot!
