Tell me about it my buddy shot a 63" bull 2 miles from camp in Alaska on a self guided hunt and it took 4 of us 2 days to pack it back to camp. They couldn't figure out why I told them not to shoot a moose too far from camp. Chalk it up to a lesson learned but that 738lbs of meat at the butcher sure tastes good!

You folks rock!  I killed a moose north of Nome in '92 but likely won't get another chance until (notice I didn't say "if") I get drawn in state.
