Special Hunt Permit Applications - Online

I am trying to buy my license online and it does not seem to be giving me an option to buy any special hunt applications for any species.  Am I missing something?  Has anyone else tried?

Im sure I'll be at the bottom of the pile no matter what just like every other year    They must look at my voting record and "discard" my apps
