turkey hunt hunny moon????

So im thinking of taking my wife out turkey hunting the day after my wedding this friday. She really wants to go out and experiance it but not sure where to take her. The turkeys I know where they where are gone thanks to so one educating them. Ive thought about running to the klick and trying to locate one but im open to ideas :dunno:

Im taking my wife out for her fist time too! We are heading over to Colville, hopefully we can get a bird or two!!

The day after your wedding :yike: :yike: :yike:  I think you are going to reget the day you came up with that idea!  Maybe not the day after, the week after or a month after.  But one day it's going to slap you in the face fly around and bite you in the buttox.  You are a brave man sir.  A seriously brave man!!!

It was partly her idea she told my mother She has been wanting to go out for a long time and its one of the only times we will be able to go together.

Before we had kids id take her out coyote hunting and hiking a lot. She liked that more the dinner in town or a movie  :tup:

Drove to AK and did a fly in caribou hunt for the honeymoon of my practice marriage.  Go for it, the practice part had nothing to do with the honeymoon....   :o   :chuckle:

I for one think it's a great idea, I did almost the same thing when I got married. Almost everybody that I know that had a big honeymoon get away are divorced now...Those that chose to go hiking, hunting, or fishing after the wedding are still married.
That's my one shot.

Think it's a great Idea. If she gets hooked then you're set forever on your anniversary. I got married in May ,before I started hunting turkeys. So now I get the evil eye whem our anni. falls on a weekend because I want to go hunt. Luckily she leya me or comes along most of tye time.
