Grayland lake fishing ideas?

I'm heading to grayland this weekend and was wondering if anyone had any ideas for lake fishing around grayland?

Not much in the line of lakes right near Grayland that I'm aware of.
Some decent lakes near Aberdeen and between Aberdeen and Elma.

No lakes!  Go dig some clams and then go surf perch fishing.  Or you can dig your razor clams as the tide is going out then run down to willapa and rake some steamers.
