Sounds good.  I will offer up 100.00 when it shows up on new topics! Or you can start it out with my bid
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

It doesn't matter what you think...

Nicely done Rt......

This is a great idea....can we offer up items of lesser value that still may be of interest to people?

Yes but we would appreciate all of it going through us. We've done this sort of thing before and if gone unchecked it becomes wayyyyyy too confusing. We've got some other smaller items already too, I'm just waiting on clarification from Doug on what that stuff is.

I think maybe we'll start the auction on the Phelps call here in a bit....lets say 9:00am. It will run till 9pm tonight.
I'll post a link here to the auction and a seperate thread for it in a bit.

If you want to sell/auction something off, completely on your own, then handle getting the item to the buyer and the money to the Paypal account Doug has going all on your own, I don't see a problem with that I guess. We've got enough on our plates with this already. It has really blown up. The support from folks on this site and others is mind-blowing.

All good points Jackelope....I've got a one man pop up blind, new, never been used. I'll double check it and make sure it is in perfect condition and will post when appropriate. If it sells I'll be happy to arrange shipping once the check has been received by Dale or whomever is handling it.

Stand by till I get the green light on that from my sidekicks here.

Jason Phelps and Phelps Game Calls has offered up a commemorative elk barrel call made from sheba black and white ebony with "Colockumelk" engraved on the side of it. I think we should be able to get $50.00 for this one.

Yea, $50   :chuckle:

This forum rocks!

Just a quick follow up on the Phelps call auction.

BLRman was the high bidder at $375. Jason agreed to make 2 calls....1 for the high bidder and one for the family. RTSpring came back in a pm to me and said he'd give an additional $375 towards the 2nd call.
That's right...$750.00 total. I was speechless.

2nd auction coming up soon....stay tuned.

Proud of you guys
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.
