Tom Knapp Passes
« on: April 26, 2013, 06:26:30 PM »
What a crappy week

The shooting world lost a great man today. Shooting Star Tom Knapp passed away this afternoon. Tom reinvented exhibition shooting almost 30 years after the passing of Herb Parsons. Tom was an inspiration to  generations of shooters and he will be missed

Wow that is too bad he was a great shooter and a all around good guy.

That's a bummer.  I watched a few of his exhibitions and met him a few times.  He was a nice guy.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

Man that sucks... I would sit and watch that guy shoot for hours if I could... Something mesmerizing about the shots he takes, and just how easy he makes it look... A great loss to the shooting community.

He seemed like a sweet, genuine, kind man and a wonderful ambassador for our sport.  Sad news. What a lame week! Ugh!

Saw him shoot in person, unbelieveable. Super nice guy even have a hat he signed for my daughter, and pic of us with Tom. Well maybe he and Herb Parsons can have a little shootin contest. RIP.
