Its at a lake i fish at and I used a some type of elk hair fly. I lost it in a tree 5 casts after i caught this one lol.

That's too bad, when you have a fly that is working and you didn't tie any extras, that's a heart breaker! I'll be going to Leech lake her soon to catch some trips and brookies!! Nice fish!

Dont mind at all infact if anyone wants to post up some more pictures of fish caught on a fly rod that would be cool. 

   Ya it sucks but oh well I bought it and cant tie flys I would love to learn to tie flys and just tie my own but dont have any of the stuff.

nice fish!!!!! All of them makes mine look like a dink haha but for the 2nd fish I have caught on a fly rod I think im doing pretty good.

Im not worryed about it Im still figuring out catching fish with a fly so Im okay with only catching smaller fish right now.
