20 fathom restriction area 3 & 4

This year it starts on May 1st so just a heads up !! Last year it didn't start till June 1st so we lost another month of fishing offshore for lings  :bash:

And even when it is open can only keep Ling cod, Black Cod, and Pacific Cod, No rockfish or anything else  :bash:

On halibut openings you can Target lingcod any depth. Just be sure to have a fish decending device to release yelloweye and canaries. WDFW will shut down rockfish if the yelloweye floaters are all over the place.
