I'm looking into buying a piece of property for an investment, training my dogs, and a duck club. The question I have to everyone-would you be willing to pay for a place to train dogs where you have access to a river, ponds, and fields for field work. Homers will be available for free to use and feral pigeons/chukar will be available for there cost to purchase. Remote launchers will be available to use for free also. Its 40 acres of ponds bordered by a river and 40 acres of grass fields. Access would be from Feb. 1st to October 1st and it will be closed during duck season for a duck club. It would be an hour North of Seattle. This would not be available for the guy that wants to train one day out of a year. It would only be available to the serious dog people that are looking for a repeat place to train with great grounds to use. It would be offered to 15 or less people on a membership basis. What do you guys think the demand, if any, would be for something like this? How much a year would be a reasonable cost to ask for the serious dog owner?
