  I seriously was trying to talk myself out of putting in for any permits but those suckers know how much I love to hunt and know I just can not bring myself to stay peeeeesed off at the way they do things around here ... like I told TED ...if THEY DRAW and see our names they will probably throw them in the trash .....     OR they will give us all the tags we put in for to prove us wrong !!! GOOD STRAGITY HUH ? Man I hope I can draw Peaches Ridge  I am all in for eastside this year .... I figured I better get out of Skagit Co... if I want to relax while out hunting this year

Does it help any to picture WDFW looking at the draw odds for the units you applied for, laughing out loud and stuffing your $13 into their pockets... ?

At this point in my life I just have to LMAO.... I never in my life thought I would ever start to loose interest in Hunting & Fishing but to be truthful the last 5 yrs or So I have seriously slowed down ...Just not as fun as it was years ago ...Must be from all the laws and law out there making it that way  the more I thing about the more interest I am starting to loose...Can not believe I am talking this way but Washington is getting to be a real joke ...But I can complain because I am a free American ....or am I ?  I do not horn hunt anyway ....I need meat in my freezer....a lot of trophy hunters out there but those horns to me are nothing more than a bonus which is nice to have

Skagit is a far cry from an easy place to hunt ....Brush - gates- Indians - wardens - cougar and me ....HAHAHA I just had to say that .... No seriously though the locals know the land and usually do well but it is all gated up and you best want to hike because every road has you shut down and the hunting is only good when you walk 5 to 10 miles  I plan on getting in shape for fall ...I have been real lazy lately and that is usually not me ...Just like bear hunting I have some fine places to hunt but I just get tired of looking down hill all the time knowing I have to come back up  I can not wait to see who comes up with these tags this year in Skagit ....
