This guy wasn't as friendly looking as Bone's bunch.  He was very aggressive and sounded off when I was 15ft away.  Had a images of a hat band and dinner, but let him be.  Biggest one I've seen around Wenatchee.

Lots of snakes this year. I hear that someone got nailed by a small rattler in the Othello area a week or so ago. More sightings/reports than usuall this year.

Not sure if I have noted more or less, but they did disperse in a massive faction this year.  That hot weather had them boiling out of their dens and scattering.   Usually they are near their dens for a couple weeks.  This year they spread quickly.
