Yes russ they give you a point for that years application. So next year you will go into the draw with 2 points.

I put my dad in, he has 12 or 13 quality, bull and disabled. All for the naches area, Oct 1st tag and the Oct 21st tag also the rifle rut tag. This will be his first year going with rifle, he has always gone with archery but it's getting hard for him to pull the bow back, plus his sight and hearing is not very well these days. I can't believe he hasn't drawn the archery tag this long, I've been telling him the past few years 'I guarantee you'll draw this year". Yes I said it again for this year.......I'm not a quick learner.
