boat launch at batemans in richland?

Our weekend fishing plans have been foiled by boat problems, was thinking about going to batemsns to try for some cats, can you launch a boat there? If so I can do that and motor around with my kicker and salvage my time off  :tup:

Any tips on locating cats out there? Probably heading out in 2 hours or so.
