3 yr old Chocolate Lab for sale
« on: May 05, 2013, 01:39:37 PM »

I really hate to do it, but he just isn't getting along with my New dogs. He is a 3 yr old purebreed Chocolate male/not akc. Fully trained and my primary hunting dog. He is an absolute hunter at heart. He lives to duck and goose hunt and does ok chasing grouse in he hills. He's 103 lbs so no bird is too big. He would do best with older dogs or as an only dog. I will only sell him to someone willing to waterfowl hunt with him regularly, No Exceptions. Would make an excellent guide dog. This dog won't give up on cripples and retrieves non stop. He has many years of hunting left in him. Several of you have hunted with him and know he's an awesome hunter. Sad to let him go.--$750. Located in Montesano.

He's a breeder. I assume because he's not papered he's not keeping him. Just a thought.

I have a 13 year old that he will sleep in his lap.  He is an alpha and that's the problem for us.  He walked in the other day and peed in my wife then turned and peed on the pups we are selling.  Burned his bridges with my wife.  He's been an outside dog for the past two months.  I just shipped in a white lab pup and he isn't taking to her either.  Since I will never breed him and I don't really want to go through another $25,000 divorce, it's time for him to go.  Whoever wants him can come down and I will work with them for an hour or so and show him my commands hand signals etc.  Keep him for a month and if it doesn't work out, bring him back for a full refund.  I just really want him to go to a person who is going to hunt him.  You have no idea how much this dog loves to hunt.

I really want to. I need a good duck dog. I just don't think I have space for another dog. And know I don't have money for another dog. Looks like somebody's going to get an amazing dog for a great price.
