Contest!! Time for a new Hunt-WA logo
« on: June 19, 2013, 07:42:21 AM »
1st of all, thanks to Smossy's Girl for the great idea.

We've decided it's time for a new logo for the forum. The current one has been in place for a long time now and we're going to leave it up to the forum to design a new one, then we'll have a vote for the winner. I think we'll run the contest through the end of July just to allow time to get the creative juices flowing. On August 1st we'll take all the entries and compile them in a new thread with a poll to choose the winner. Here's the rules-

H-W Logo Contest
Submit entries in two sizes 216 x 80 pixels and 800 x 296 pixels. Members will choose the logo via poll just as the monthly photo contest is done. H-W reserves the right to use, remove, or replace the winning logo at any time. H-W will assume ownership and reserve all rights to the winning logo submission, including the right to modify the logos as needed or desired.

Post up your entries here. I'll take them all and move them to the new thread August 1.

Thanks. This should be fun.

I have no clue how to do it, but I think this is a great idea! I think the elk alone just doesn't cut it (not trying to bash our logo haha).

I just saw this.. will be working on something starting this weekend.   :IBCOOL:
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

I'm going to venture to guess that you and I would tie for first for the ugliest looking stick figure.   :chuckle:

Nice!

Need one without that "pointed stick" in it though for us normal people,  :hello:

I like it if you get rid of the WT skull and put a MD skull on it instead.
