Forbear

Code word between my buddy Mike and me for when we go out and see 4 bears. Yesterday afternoon I got in a hike in the Blues and saw a sow and a cub, another lone bear that looked to be pretty good sized and this smaller blonde bear that I saw from about 250 yards away, stalked in on and photoed and videoed as I called it from about 30 yards to about 15 yards away. Good times. Also saw a couple of my favorite birds- Lazuli Bunting and Western Tanager.

He was just young enough to be stupid. I sure love hunting the Blues for bears...
