Broadhead choices???

Hey Everyone.  I am new to the forum and new to bowhunting though I have been shooting for quite some time.  Little about me.  42 year old Married female from Puyallup. I got certified today for bowhunting so now on to the next step of finishing getting my gear, getting my tags, and a spot to hunt. First things first though.  Broadheads and a ton of practice.  What is the best broadhead to get? What is legal in this state? 

I am looking for going after Deer and Elk this year if possible so any suggestions would be highly appreciated.  Also if anyone needs someone to go out with, look me up.

Lots of good broadheads out there to use. Slick trick standards 100 grain are what I use and am very happy with them.

Shooting the PSE Rally Left handed. Not sure on the speed but I am pulling 45 lbs with a draw length of 29 inches. Interested in hunting Deer and Elk this year.

I think a 2 blade broadhead  would be best so you can get maximum penetration, especially on elk.

first of all welcome Cayleigh................

I was using NAP Helrazors in 100 gr.............they are a 3 blade broad head........they flew fine as long as i fletched my own arrows with a right 3 degree helical twist on the vanes,

but then I tried  Slick tricks..............100 gr and am very very very impressed, they shoot just like my field points...............

I had to adjust my sights very little going from the hellrazors to the slick tricks, bt whenI had my sights set for the slick tricks and used my field points I didnt have to adjust my sights at all, the slick tricks do fly like field points...............very happy with them..........just cany wait to use them on some deer and elk!!!!!!!!

I would stick with a cut on contact broad head for the poundage you shoot. Since you shoot at skookum you should drop in the pro shop and talk to Doug and see what he recommends for your setup.
