yes you can.  Just remember that depending on which call you use, you may attract other animals

Also, here is the Game Dept.'s recent response -  in June 2013: http://wdfw.wa.gov/help/questions/68/Can+I+use+electronic+decoys+or+electronic+calls+to+hunt+game+species+during+open+seasons%3F

Q:  Can I use electronic decoys or electronic calls to hunt game species during open seasons?

A:  No. You cannot hunt waterfowl, wild turkeys, or deer with the use or aid of battery-powered or other electronic devices as decoys. You also cannot hunt waterfowl, wild turkeys, or deer with the use or aid of electronic calls.

Currently, you can use electronic decoys or electronic calls to hunt for other game species.

a simple call to washington state via the regs will give the true answer to this. they will answer the phone and look it up if the individual is uncertain. helps to really know. some areas in the regs require a little extra effort to fully know.
