So I restrung my bow and my peep is off. If my arrows are hitting low I need to move my peep up to bring my arrows back in target?

Close your eyes and draw your bow and anchor. When you open your eyes you should be able to see through your peep clearly. Then you adjust your rest and sights to make your arrow move.

Opposite.  Move it down a touch assuming you are anchoring in the same spot as before.
