Elk Chilindron (Spanish Wild Game Stew)

I stumbled on a website FULL of awesome sounding wild game recipies, so I figured I needed to try one out I used some of the elk stew meat I had in the back of the freezer, and I couldn't find hot paprika so I used a mix of regular paprika and cayenne powder. WOW! It turned out AMAZING!   Now I need to decide which recipe I want to try next!
