"crow fight" on my FoxPro always seemed to get them riled up.  Throw in a couple owl sounds and get ready to start shooting!

What do you do with crows?
I am trying to connect with, and introduce my family to, the American hunting and fishing heritage to which I was never introduced.

If a flock shows up at the same time try to shoot every other one, that way the mate will return to check, otherwise they scatter to the winds..  Do you know where they roost at?  If you can set up on there normal flight path you can really do some damage

What do you do with crows?

Some people end up eating it, repeatedly, and still never learn.

Feed the stray cats with them.  Provide food for natures critters.
Cut em!

For locating crows, I really don't know what I'm doing. A few places I predator hunt they show up (2-10 of them) and I was going to try those spots. Was going to see if I could get more numbers to show up if I crow call and have decoys. I get a few to come to my house practicing calling.

At dusk and dawn they fly to and from there roost, some areas you can see hundreds of them doing this.  Try to find access to private property or a good ambush spot along there path and mark the times they are flying to and from.

Yep, crow burgers are good.

Crazy.  My wife is pretty supportive of the hunting and fishing my daughter and I are taking on this year but I don't know if I could get her to try crow.

There are some recipes out there though...This one is particularly interesting: http://www.cooks.com/recipe/898922w2/famous-kentucky-crow.html  :D

If you're married with a daughter, you already eat plenty of crow to begin with. The real thing should be a cakewalk comparatively speaking!  :chuckle: :chuckle:
