Blacktails starting to get rutty
« on: October 24, 2008, 01:40:02 PM »
I've seen 2 little blacktails less than a block from my house the past couple of days that are starting to get rutted up. I saw a decent 2 x 2 a couple of days ago chasing a doe and I noticed as I was taking my kids to school this morning a couple of rubs accross the street from the entrance to our development. As I was going to school to have lunch with them a couple hours later I saw a spike headed 10 yards away from the rubs I saw earlier. Hopefully the big bucks will start showing themselves soon.

Saw a monster just after shooting hours last night trying to rape a poor doe. Scoured the whole area this morning and could't find him.

he's trolling...might come back through in a couple days to scent check that doe and others.  Stay focused...
