Grouse in Spokane?

This is going to be my first year grouse hunting and first year with a young dog any advise? Or anyone want to come?

Too far for me......... I have pretty good luck hunting creekbeds, for ruffs anyway.
The first bird may get the worm, but it's the second rat that gets the cheese.

Look due North to the Colville National Forest (buy a map); Stevens County is near the top in forest grouse harvest.

Send me a PM about your self I usually go up to colville quite a bit for grouse and rabbit. Also I plan on going after bear and potentially deer too. I have a two year old Belgian Malinois that needs a friend too (he doesn't hunt). I also go after Coyotes when the fur gets thick.
