I was wondering if it is legal to hunt duck and geese in washington with bow and arrow.  i have heard yes and no from many different people but i wanna get a clear answer.  some physical evidence would be nice. thanks!

Yes. Totally legal. Look it up in the regs for proof. The waterfowl regs aren't that long.

There are threads on here of people shooting snows on fir island with them. I bought a recurve to smack some ducks /geese

As long as you use Non-Toxic arrows and only have 3 knocked at a time.... I believe there would be nothing stopping you.

um.... last I checked.... an "Arrow" consists of a shaft, fletching, knock, and broadhead.

Don't forget the popcorn. Just carmel it first before it accidentally falls in the water in front of the blind. Maybe CrackerJacks. It would be challenging.
