Where to hunt on Whidbey Island???

I'm currently stationed at NAS Whidbey Island. I was wondering if there was any Public/Private land i can bow hunt on the island other than the base with a permit?

when i get back from deployment i will show some areas to hunt on the island.  they are all on base..
