2013 father-son bear hunt
« on: September 04, 2013, 05:07:40 AM »
An all-too-brief, but really good hunt with my youngest son. He did well, making a fine 320 yard first shot with his .30-06,

Thanks for all the help Shane! It was a great little hunt that we'll remember. The meat is being made into sausage, and that chocolate hide is heading for the taxidermist today.

Yeah, Shane is a texting monster when he gets cell service up there in the hills. It's pretty funny. He sure knows those bears though. Dang...

Thanks all, it was a really good hunt, and I'm happy as all get out that my son got another good bear.

Regards, Guy

Wow, what a brute. Is there any more to the story? What part of the state where you in?
