i too hunt with cabelas dry plus and can depend on it holding out water all day, i got the packable rain gear

I have had my River's west pants for 3 years and have never leaked.  They are not very breathable, but I just zip open the legs if it is too hot. 
Also have an Extreme Tech jacket made just like the Rivers west, but it is almost always too warm and the sweat makes me cold from inside out.
