Bog Boots
« on: September 09, 2013, 09:10:26 AM »
Hey I was wondering if anyone has had experience with these boots? How do they hold up? Do they run big or small? Are they comfortable to wear?

Thanks

I have been a commercial fisherman in Alaska for 17 years.  When the bogs came out it was a wonderful thing. They have alot of different types and styles but I have never had an issue with any of them. Just my  :twocents:

I love mine.  Best boat and wet yard shoes ever.  Haven't used them for hiking or hunting as they tend to make my feet sweat.

I have a pair I wear out hunting on wet days. They are very comfortable and I can wear them all day.Only downside is my feet do sweat a lot in them so I wouldn't wear too thick of socks with them. :twocents:

I've got a pair and after my regular (cheap) hunting boots blew out this year I wore them for the second half of modern rifle season in the Perrygine unit. I walked up to 12 miles a day in unseasonably warm weather. Other than, as previously mentioned, sweating, they were great. Very comfortable.

Awesome boot for low activity. Great for wet, muddy use and they kick ass on the boat when its raining or cold. And, they have a outstanding warranty. Mine and the wifes were replaced without question from the factory. Im sticking with them for sure.
