So I was out in the great Pacific Northwest bush this last weekend trying to track down a blacktail. Came to a spot that I figured I'd take a breather at and drink some water and crouched down did what i wanted to do and as i got up my tomahawk, yes tomahawk cause when i say bush I mean it and i had been a bear on my camera lately, anyways my tomahawk nick my bow string. I looked it over quickly and all seemed well so i carried on with my hunt. Now a few days later i noticed a good sized strand poking out and half of another nicked and its the strands around my peep sight which is a three string peep. Should I worry about this now or can it wait till the break between early and late season? Preferably I'd like to wait cause if i have to get a new string I'm not gonna be able to make it East this weekendbut if i have to I have to. String is cheaper than a bow after all. Any help would be appreciated.
