AH HAA, I seen that guy on his NOT so secret "No Tell Em' Ridge" walking day in and day out "ROAD" hunting from the trail :IBCOOL: does the term "Ridge Runner" sound familiar?

NO Fair Chase, NO Ethics, NO Morals...but he got his bull right? And good to him, let him have it but he never left the ridge and for the right dollar amount I'll tell you where the "No Tell Em' Ridge" is.

In my opinion though, I seen him on the ridge and talked to him...NO Fair Chase as five were in his party covering a one mile section of ridge; they have no sporting ethics. But he got his bull right? :twocents:

I don't think you have an idea what you are talking about. John hunts in the Nile Unit 352 and he drew a Goose Prairie "A" tag this year. He doesn't hunt with horses and never has hunted anywhere near the Margaret unit or the Goat trail. He and his partners pack in by foot and hunt hard every year. This was his first ever Bull Tag. I believe Mr. PendOreilleArcher owes my friend and the members of this site an apology. I hope he engages brain before his mouth in the future.

If the hunter was seen breaking the law, then the "witness" should have reported it immediately.  The claims of PendOreilleArcher are pretty strong.  And why was he up there keeping tabs on this guy day after day?

PendOreilleArcher, If you're going to make statements against somebody's character, you'd better be prepared to back it up!  If you can, let's hear it.  If you can't, then please find another site to infect with your destructive comments.

I call that smart hunting.  Hunt the area you know holds animals until you find the one  you want.  Road is just that a road, and equating a trail to a road is odd.  Awesome bull and taken on public ground is even better.   KB did you mean "A" tag?

So how do you equate walking a trail with road hunting? How is that not fair chase?
I agree with billy,I can walk through my house at night pitch black, some of the areas I go into I can damn near do that also.just like the critters, no your area,I will circle a small area for  days, forgive me but thats a great bull sounds like he earned it,envy looks good on no one
