Big TBS house BBQ updated 1
« on: September 19, 2013, 09:08:37 PM »
Were putting together a bbq fund raiser for a friend and his family 09/21. It's gonna be the biggest smoke we have ever done I hope. 100% of the monies go to the family Here's what's on the menu. I am personally doing the pork legs, 6 racks of ribs, mac salad, and oriental salad. I'll start the legs tomorrow. Which they will have a two day rub on. Ribs will be thrown on Sat that will also have a two day rub.Wish us luck an weather PLEASE  ;)

3 fresh pork legs 16 lbs each for sliders
18 spares
4 pans beans
4 pans potato salad
4 pans mac salad
4 oreintal salads
4 pans smoked mac & cheese
chips dips & salsas
Some other friends are bringing deserts an apps. I'm hoping 150 to 200 people @ $10 a person. With a couple donating jars in the mix. My personal goal is $2500.

Hey all! little update
Pork legs have been on since 2pm Friday afternoon. Average Temp is 230  :IBCOOL: We decided to go with another 9 racks of spares. Bringing the total to 27 racks I'll be doing 15 of those. Starting @ 9am this Saturday morning. Pics will be in next update

Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.
