Rad,
Congrats on the turkeys. But correct me if I'm wrong, looking in the regs I see where you can shoot two turkeys but not three. I'm confused.

Rad,
Congrats on the turkeys. But correct me if I'm wrong, looking in the regs I see where you can shoot two turkeys but not three. I'm confused.

Line below the Fall Northeast Beardless Turkey says one either sex in "Early Fall".   The big kicker is all fall hunt listings end with (in addition to other fall turkey harvest).  Could get one more if I were to go over there for the Nov 20 - Dec 15 season.  Long way to drive for a dang turkey though.

I had to read that one about four times before I felt comfortable.  Meanwhile the local was saying, "Trust me!" :chuckle:

RadSav, did you get too many naps in on your trip and now you can't sleep?  Dang, it sure is late when you post..........  :P

Back to my normal work schedule. >:(  Take a few days off and you have to catch up that time somehow.  Takes about a week to recover from a few days away sleeping four or five hours a night.  Plus I do not remember the last time I went to bed before 3AM on a work day.  Just living the self employment dream around here ;)

We are suppose to have one of those in Vancouver.  I might go check them out tomorrow.  Thanks for the heads up!

OK I'm reading it right then.
Congrats again and nice shooting.

I was going to do that, but the land owner said he was getting $60 per coyote in the winter.  I'd have felt guilty killing his dogs and taking that much money out of his pocket.  Especially now when they all look like they have mange.

Turkey shmurkey.  What we really want to know is, did the angry squaw get her buck?  :chuckle:

Not yet!  She's pretty upset with herself too.  Guess one 50# bush can hide 1,500# of bucks at 50 yards :chuckle:  They were all right there.  Even with her new Swarovski binos she could not see them until she was distracted by a two point.  One more chance if I can get the big truck repaired in time.  Shop said they would have it diagnosed last week.  Stopped by there today and they said they were about to take a look at it this afternoon.  Said they would give me a call this evening.  I'm still waiting :bash:
