Heading up to Tonasket in a couple weeks for modern deer. Was just wondering what the bear population looks like up there this year. Got the tag so if one presents himself I'll take him...

Was over there last weekend...........didn't see anything that looked like a lot of activity...only saw one big pile while in the woods. Know a guy that had an almost shot at one....40 yards or so in the brush...

My dad lives above lake curlew. Hes got a couple that have been hanging out and has seen one or two on trout creek.
