Federal Couragia MT
« on: October 02, 2013, 11:36:57 AM »
Anybody run these tires?  I am in desperate need of some new tires for my truck and they seem to run $4-500 cheaper than the Toyo Mt's.  Due to limited funds and credit availability I have to purchase at Les Schwabs so my selection is fairly limited.

How much are they a tire?

I put some on my 08 duramax and chose them for the same reason. After a year and a half i noticed my front drivers side tire had a crack in the sidewall. After further investigation i found all four had cracks in the sidewalls. I went back to les scwab and was told they were stress cracks. They measured the remaining tread and gave me 64% back of what i paid originally. I put the money towards the more expensive toyo's and was amazed! Toyo MT's are way better!! The ride is soo much better and way quieter.

I was at les scwab just the other day getting rotate and balance and asked if they had seen more problems like the ones i had and they said no. They haven't had many problems at all actually. Just my luck, but after putting the toyo mt's on, im way happier!

Good luck and hope this helps!

I have seen similar reviews from guys running them on diesel trucks, but nothing of the sort on gas trucks.  They would be going on a Silverado 1500.
