After cleaning my ducks tonight, I kept 3 breasts out and had them for supper. Two lil Teal breasts and one Mallard breast. Mixed up some flour and spices, rolled the breasts in this and fried in butter till about med well. Shook some Worchestershire sauce over the cut up breasts - uum good. Some lil potatoes, onions and vegetables and it was great. The Lea & Perrins really made the meat great.
