We've noticed the same on our piece south east of you, but also been like that for the past 3 years. A good number of legal bucks, but all small with one wall hanger seen once a year for a single picture. Where we are we will continue to see low rut activity until the state allows us to regulate the doe population a little better. There are just to many does around us for the bucks to actively chase and fight for a piece of tail. If a buck has one doe tied up, the challenging buck just needs to turn to his left and pick one of the other 9 does to hump.
