Shot a 3 point in Buck Meadows area of Ellensburg several years ago that looked just like that.  Confusing tail and colors, but big ol body.

Here's praying for you Bone!  Thanks for all the updates!

That is a weird looking deer. I'm not sure if it has WT or BT genes  :dunno: My guess would be WT because of the location but you never know? I saw a 4 point WT in Taneum about 20 years ago, that was long before the WT invasion in Wa.

Pisscutters. Bone you are going to score on the big one eventually. You still have 13 days on that permit so wait for the big guy. You wait they will COME!! :chuckle:

Bone, you're having the same problem we had in the Entiat last year... LOTS of bucks, but all YOUNG deer.  Migrators were super slow and not a lot of mature bucks anyways...

Keep at it man wish I could come up there and hunt with you!!!

That deer hasn't much of a rack but he's sure thick. Pretty deer, if not a shooter.

You are seeing what I am seeing Passion.  THis is the WORST I have EVER seen this deer herd.  ITs tragic.  If I had a doe permit in downtown Twisp or Carlton it would be fine.  I am hunting my ASS off and today I saw 4 bucks.  Usually I am not even trying this time of year, relaxed and seeing 20-30 per day.  Thats 20-30 bucks.   I am hard pressed to see a deer, let alone a small buck, let alone a shooter.  I am hoping the migration changes that.  I went for a huge hike tonight....
I'll be back to finsih...
