both can be just as accurate as the other, faster lock time on the inline obviously is a big plus, easier cleaning on most break actions. Better twists suited for conicals or sabots, ect. It just all depends.
This rifle is one I put together based off a CVA Stock stock, but due to the Hawken only being available in 54cal with the faster 1:48 twist, I decided to do a little modifying and I bought and installed a CVA Mountain Rifle .58cal 32" 1:66 twist barrel and after some time, had it fit onto the Hawken stock like a glove. That sucker is my best traditional rifle I've ever owned.
1 1/8" @ 100 yards isn't to shabby either. I hope to improve it with a Marlin peep sight later down the road.
