Primos Estrus and Grunt... How do I use them? Any advice?

I recently bought two deer calls, the Original Can and the Trophy grunt. Is there some pattern that I should use to call the bucks in? Will a grunt call in a doe or only other bucks? I have ever used a call before, so any advice is welcome! Thanks.

When I use the can call I do it about 3 times in a row then wait  an hour or so. With a grunt call me personally never had any luck until I actually see a buck and still at times they will ingnroe it
